The company was formed with the specific brief of providing high end niche’ services within the market. Unlike many larger agencies, our boutique styled environment provides a more mature “hands on” approach. Peter Jones – Director
Peter formed the company in 1999, primarily because he noticed that there was a need for a more compact and specialised service provider within the “Profession.”
Having a background forged in Marketing & Training, he has gained a clear insight into what clients look for when assessing quality of service, irrespective of the sector.
Peter spent over 20 years in the City, working with some of the World’s leading Banks and Financial Training Institutions. During this time he travelled the globe presenting and negotiating with all strata of management, often at Board Room Level. With a wealth of experience at the sharp end of business and management, he is well placed to appreciate the pressure and anxiety that clients face when contemplating changes to their firms’ current infrastructure. Whether it is targeting individual talent or proactively looking at more structured growth in terms of M&A projects, Peter has many years of proven experience in both areas.
Mhorag Gilchrist – Director
Mhorag spent 18 years running a large Sales and Training Division for a major Health & Safety Organisation in London. The firm had a worldwide span and handled major clients within, Oil, Manufacturing and Finance. The majority of these enterprises were Multi National FTSE 100 Companies.
At the firm’s peak, Mhorag was responsible for a team of 60 staff, during which time increased market growth was achieved by recognising the value of staff development and quality of client service.
Mhorag has accumulated a vast amount of experience and expertise within research in all sectors of business. Since joining the firm, she is very much the project leader when undertaking major “Headhunt and M&A” assignments.
